The number of coin lockers will vary at each club, but we have pay lockers. There is a limit to the number of lockers. Please do not forget to lock the lockers when in use.

We do not make refunds on tickets sold. However, in cases such as natural disasters, we may make exceptions.

Can I be seated during the show?
The shows are normally standing. In rare cases, such as when we have an acoustic show, we do prepare seats.

Will I be able to re-enter, once I go outside?
Normally, we do not allow re-entry. However, this will vary depending on the event. Please contact the event organizer, or ask a staff at the club.
